Greetings, my name is Rinda A’anisah, and i am a clinical psychologist specializing in adult psychology. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of Diponegoro, Faculty of Psychology, and then pursued my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at University of Indonesia. Given my educational background, i am accustomed to meeting clients across various age groups, from adults to the elderly. With two years of experience in clinical psychology, i have handled numerous cases related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family issues, and romantic relationships, as well as work-related issues such as career choices and burnout. During my practice, some of the common approaches i have used includes, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Logotherapy.
